The 7 habits teach students not only how to be a leader, but prepares them for their future. These habits are intertwined throughout the whole day and many lessons.
The 7 habits are:
Class Mission StatementStudents looked at other mission statements then decided what they would like as a mission statement for their own class. Students worked together to decide what they thought was the more important for the class. Then created two sentences to summarize the ideas. Students read the class mission statement each day.

Tracking Student DataStudents use a leadership notebook to track progress on weekly goals, data from grades and class dojo percents, and store leader lessons.
Weekly Leader GoalsEach week students asses if they have met the goal they set for last week. Students can choose a new goal, or can keep their goal to continue working on it.
